April’s meeting will showcase regular speakers Attorney Stanley Komack, whose practice concentrates in Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant matters, representatives from Ormsby Insurance Agency, Inc., and members of the Westfield Police Department. This month the topic to be covered will be the rapidly changing laws and procedures surrounding marijuana. Attorney Richard M. Evans, Esq., who specializes in marijuana law, will be speaking to the Crime Free Multi Housing Group on the what can and can't be done with regards to marijuana use and rental agreements, tenant disputes, evictions and any other questions you may have.  The law on marijuana as it relates to landlords and tenants has been a rapidly changing topic over the past year and can be very confusing if you're not properly educated.  This will be a very important meeting!
