Reports can be obtained thru the Records Division during business hours or by mail.  Just down load the proper form for the report being requested and mail to Westfield Police Department, 15 Washington Street, Westfield, MA 01085.  Make sure to include the proper payment amount. Payments made be made by check or money order and must be made out to City of Westfield.
