I just got back to work and my computer looks different. When I log on, it's not responding. What now?
Over the summer, the Technology Center upgraded almost all of the computers and laptops in the district to Windows 7. You will notice a few differences.

If you are confused as to how to log into your machine, please see How to Log Into a Windows 7 Machine.

The first time you log into any computer it will take a few minutes to load your profile, printers, and settings. After the first time you log into that computer, it will only take seconds.

We are aware that some of you use additional software and will need that loaded onto your computer. Please submit a ticket to Help Desk for this. We will be happy to assist you as soon as possible. Please be patient as this was a district wide update.
