Is YOUR Dog, Westfield's TOP Dog?

Enter for a chance to have your loyal companion named Westfield’s first ever “Top Dog”. All participants must have a current dog license in the City of Westfield. Licensing helps prevent rabies outbreaks by requiring a certificate of vaccination for all dogs. It also increases the chance that you will be reunited with your pet in the unfortunate event they are lost. To enter the friendly competition, please complete the fields below and submit a photograph of your pup! Photos should contain the image of only one dog. Residents who own more than one dog may enter each of them separately. The deadline for submissions is November 1, 2023.

The top five submissions will be uploaded to the City’s website for public voting from December 1, 2023-December 28th, 2023. The submission that receives the most votes from the general public will be the winner!! First place winner will receive dog tag #1 for 2024, and their dog’s photo will be hung in the City Clerk’s office for the year as well as on the City’s web page. Second and third place winners will receive dog tags #2 and #3.

Licenses are available for purchase in person at the License Division of the City Clerk's Office, 59 Court Street, Room 217, Westfield, MA. 01085 (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM) or by using the mail-in registration form.
